Refund policy


1. Overview

This policy applies to all purchases made through NEVRA’s website. As an online-only retailer, all sales are conducted via distance contract under Irish and EU consumer law.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.


2. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
  • You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

If items are returned in a condition that reduces their resale value (e.g. worn, washed, damaged, missing tags), we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where legally required. Express or upgraded shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

3. Change of Mind After 14 Days

We do not accept returns outside the 14-day cooling-off period unless goods are faulty.

 

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under Irish consumer law, goods must be:

  • Of acceptable quality
  • Fit for purpose
  • As described

If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect:

  • You must notify us as soon as possible, providing photographic evidence where requested.
  • We may offer a repair or replacement in the first instance.
  • If a repair or replacement is not possible or proportionate, a refund will be issued.

Refunds for confirmed faulty items will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation. Reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed where a fault is verified.

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Limited release or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal hygiene items (including underwear or swimwear) where hygiene seals have been removed
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, fragrance, or alteration

 

6. Proof of Purchase

All returns must include a valid order number or proof of purchase.

 

7. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. We do not offer alternative refund methods.

 

8. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where goods have been delivered in accordance with the order. Fraudulent claims may be reported to the relevant authorities.

 

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
